Free Shipping Policy

Free standard shipping on all orders over $40. Higher minimum order thresholds apply to selected regions as follows:
  • South Africa: Free shipping for orders over $60
  • Philippines & United Arab Emirates: Free shipping for orders over $80

Can I change the shipping address for my order?

We are happy to update your delivery address for you! Please email our customer service team at support@wishavenshop.com as soon as possible, including your order number and the corrected address in your message. Address modifications are only permitted before your order enters the packaging stage.
Please note that address changes may not be available during high-volume periods, such as new product launches and large promotions.

My order has already shipped, but I need to update my address.

Unfortunately, no address edits can be made once a package has been dispatched. If your shipment is returned due to an invalid address, your order will be cancelled and fully refunded, and we will notify you when this occurs.
We are unable to reship returned orders. If you still wish to purchase the same items, you will need to place a new order. We sincerely apologize for any inconvenience this causes.

How can I track my order delivery status?

Once your order ships, you will receive an email containing your tracking number, which you can use to monitor your shipment’s progress.
If you have an account with us, your tracking number (where available) can also be viewed within your account dashboard under "Account Details", where your full order history is stored.

Why is my tracking information not updating?

We apologize for the delayed tracking updates! Even if no new tracking activity appears, rest assured your package is still in transit.
Please allow 3 to 20 business days for delivery; business days do not include weekends or public holidays.

My tracking shows the package was delivered, but I never received it.

Tracking statuses are occasionally marked as delivered prematurely before the package physically arrives. Your shipment will likely arrive within a few days. In the meantime, we recommend checking with household members, neighbors, or your local post office for more details.
Wishaven accepts no liability for lost or stolen packages after successful delivery confirmation.

It has been 30 days since my order shipped and I have not received my package.

We advise waiting an additional 5–10 days for tracking updates. If your shipment still does not arrive or show updated status after this window, contact our customer service team via email at support@wishavenshop.com for assistance.
We offer a 45-day money-back guarantee for all buyers. If you fail to receive your goods within 45 days of the shipping date, you may file a dispute to receive an unconditional full refund. Should you receive your package after the 45-day window, we would greatly appreciate returning the refund amount.
