Cancellation

If the item has not been shipped, a full refund can be issued. Please send an email to support@wishavenshop.com with your order number.

We will process your request within 48 hours. Once the cancellation is approved, the refund will be issued to the original credit card or debit card used for payment. The refund will be processed within 10 business days, depending on your bank's processing time.

Return & Exchange

Return Period

All return requests must be made within 30 days from the date you receive your order. We accept returns for both defective and non-defective items.

Return Process

  1. Please email support@wishavenshop.com with your order number and, if the item is defective, photos of the issue. We will process the return request within 48 hours and reply with the result.
  2. Once your return is approved, we will provide a free prepaid return shipping label together with return instructions.
  3. After we receive your returned item(s), we will arrange a replacement shipment or a refund.
  4. If you decide to cancel your return request, you may keep the item and notify us via email.

Notes

  1. To be eligible for a return, the item must be new or gently used, with tags attached where applicable, and in its original packaging. A receipt or proof of purchase is required. Items returned without prior authorization will not be accepted.
  2. We provide a free prepaid return shipping label for all eligible returns, and there is no restocking fee.
  3. Digital products, including gift cards, are non-returnable and non-refundable.
  4. If you encounter quality issues within the warranty period, you will be covered. Each product has a specific warranty period. If it is not stated on the product page, please contact us at support@wishavenshop.com.
  5. For any return or exchange request, please contact our official email first. Returns or exchanges without prior approval will not be accepted.

Exchange

We accept exchanges for the same style within the 30-day return window. If you need an exchange, please email support@wishavenshop.com with your order number. We will process the exchange request within 48 hours.

Note:
If the exchange item is no longer available, you may choose a product of equal value or a lower-priced product.

To locate your order number:

  • Log in to your Wishaven account and go to "My Orders", or
  • Check your order confirmation email.

  • Shipping address
  • Order date

If the item was a gift, please also provide the purchaser's full name. We will do our best to locate your order and send the order number to you via email.
