Why does nothing show up when I try to track my package?

This is normal.
After you purchase, we need to send the products to the logistics company first, and the logistics company will then distribute the products to different channel providers based on different recipient countries. The logistics track will be generated and uploaded only when the channel provider receives the product and starts transporting it.

If the logistics track is interrupted during the logistics transportation, this is a situation where the logistics company occasionally has information update delays when handling a large number of packages.But this does not affect normal logistics.

About Custom Duties/Taxes

You may need to pay customs duties, depending on inspection by destination customs. We cannot guarantee this, and once you must pay upon receiving a customs payment notification to get the package.

I filled in the wrong address!!

Please email us immediately so that we can correct your order before shipping. We will send you an email to confirm that the address is correct after the change.
If it has already been sent, we cannot change the address for you.
If the package is destroyed by the local post office due to incomplete/wrong address, we will not refund.
If the package is returned to us by the courier due to incomplete/wrong address and needs to be re-delivered, a new shipping fee will be charged.
